Plate Tectonics news
November 15th, 2017
At that time, the first earthquake had occurred as a magnitude of 2.6 and second earthquake occurred as a magnitude of 5.4. I didn’t feel that earthquake because I lived far away from Pohang. But some of my friends said that they felt that earthquake. Because of this earthquake, our national college entrance exam was postponed. The earthquake was the most damaging and the second-largest in magnitude in South Korea. The main reason for this earthquake is Korea peninsula lies within Eurasian Plate. There are several physical and chemical reasons for this earthquake but in our class, we didn’t learn about that. So I won’t mention those reasons.
